These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the AEBS website and your application to and enrolment in AEBS programmes. By accessing this website or submitting an application, you agree to these terms.
The application fee of $50 USD / NGN 70,000 is non-refundable regardless of the outcome of the application. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. AEBS reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its discretion.
Tuition fees are payable in full prior to cohort commencement. Fees are listed in US Dollars. AEBS does not guarantee a fixed exchange rate for Naira payments, which are subject to the prevailing CBN rate at the time of payment. Tuition fees are non-refundable once the cohort has commenced.
AEBS reserves the right to make changes to programme content, scheduling, and faculty where necessary. In the event of a cohort cancellation by AEBS, enrolled students will receive a full refund of tuition fees paid.
All programme materials, lectures, case studies, and assessments are the intellectual property of AEBS. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialise any AEBS materials without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Federal High Court of Nigeria.
